By submitting your deposit of $550, you reserve one of 50 founding memberships at Axis Athletic Club, subject to availability and to the terms and conditions set forth in your Founding Member Agreement. Prior to our opening day you will select your membership tier: Individual at $550 per month, Longevity at $650 per month, or Family at $850 per month, plus applicable sales tax. These are the founding member rates. A one-time initiation fee of $2,500 is due no later than 45 days prior to our opening day. Your deposit shall be fully refundable, for any reason, upon written request received no later than 45 days prior to our gym's opening day. Following such date, your deposit will become non-refundable and will be credited toward the first month of your membership dues.
